I will provide you with a suggested list price along with a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) that shows comparable homes within a 1 mile radius that help us determine price point.
We discuss our action item list along with staging, selling vacant vs. occupied and timelines.
Once we finalize all items, I begin scheduling real estate tasks while you complete the home tasks. We move through the rest of the timeline and then, BAM! We’re LIVE!
When determining this, I will run a competitive market analysis to see what comparable homes in the area are selling for. This will help determine the value.
Fees vary based on how we list your home, i.e. vacant and staged, drone marketing, etc. Let’s discuss this further!
